Refund Policy
For digital downloads, customers will need to request a refund before digital content is accessed. This means that once a consumer/customer has created an account and/or downloaded the content, then they have given up their consumer rights to a refund.
If you purchase the bundle (digital file and the printed/laminated version), the digital file will be deducted from the bundle price and you will receive a refund only for the laminated version upon receiving the return. International customers are required to pay for their own return label.
